ACQUISiTiON CRitERIA
-  Value-add real estate
-  $5M - $200M asset value
-  Rocky Mountain West – Colorado, Utah, Idaho
TRANSACTION STRUCTure
-  Direct equity / debt investment, joint venture, strategic recapitalizations all with major decision control.
-  Conservative leverage generally under 65% LTV.
-  Five-to-seven-year hold period or as otherwise appropriate for individual assets.
